THE PROCESS
1
Prep the Surface
The metal part is cleaned, stripped, and sandblasted so the coating can stick properly.

Apply the Powder
A dry powder (like paint in dust form) is sprayed on using an electrostatic gun, which makes the powder cling evenly to the surface.
3
Cure & Harden
The coated part is baked in an oven, where the powder melts and fuses into a smooth, durable finish that resists chips, rust, and fading.
